Any flavor, four ingredients!

I originally heard of this recipe from a Fluke book, but it's all over the internet in various... uh, variations. But the easiest one is this: One box of cake mix, one egg, and one tub of Cool Whip (8 oz). Mix it all together (it will be very thick and sticky) and form into balls that you them roll (as if it's not sweet enough) in powdered sugar. Bake in a 350 deg oven for about 10 minute. That's it!

You really can use any flavor of cake mix, though some are just far, far, far too sweet. I tried a Caramel cake mix once and thought I could actually my blood being replaced by liquid sugar. Not for the faint of heart, or anyone with a family history of diabetes. The tarter flavors, like the lemon, work best, and you can omit the rolling in powdered sugar. It really doesn't change too much.

Overall it's an easy recipe, but not one of my favorites, though it does produce a very moist cookie.
